Frequently asked questions
When am I charged?
Only when we successfully recover a failed payment. If an invoice fails and we don't recover it, you pay nothing. If we recover it, we charge 15% of the recovered amount immediately to your saved payment method.
Why do I need to add a credit card?
We charge our 15% commission immediately when a recovery succeeds. Think of it like a sales commission — you give us a payment method upfront, we only use it if we deliver results.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Disconnect Stripe Connect from your dashboard at any time. No cancellation fee, no lock-in. You keep 100% of what we've already recovered for you.
What if my customer is refunded after recovery?
If you refund a customer after we recovered their payment, contact us and we'll refund our commission proportionally. No questions asked.
Do you charge on one-time payments?
We focus on subscription payments (invoice.payment_failed events). One-time charges are not part of the dunning cycle and we don't charge on them.
