Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RecoverFlow ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RecoverFlow is a SaaS platform that helps businesses recover failed payments through automated retries and dunning email sequences. We integrate with Stripe via Stripe Connect to process payments on behalf of our customers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Pricing and Fees

Our pricing model is a single plan: 15% on successfully recovered payments only. No monthly fee, no upfront cost. You must add a payment method during onboarding so we can charge the commission immediately when a recovery succeeds. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing.

5. Stripe Connect Integration

By connecting your Stripe account to RecoverFlow, you grant us limited access to your Stripe data necessary to detect failed payments and process recoveries on your behalf. You may disconnect at any time.

6. Customer Communications

RecoverFlow sends dunning emails to your customers in your name. You are responsible for ensuring these communications comply with applicable laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.). You can customize email content via the Settings page.

7. Card Network Compliance

We respect Visa (15) and Mastercard (35) retry limits per 30-day window. You agree not to instruct us to bypass these limits or use the Service in ways that violate card network rules.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, recovery cycles in progress will be completed, and the application_fee_percent will be removed from your Stripe subscriptions immediately. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

RecoverFlow is provided 'as is' without warranties. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
